What to expect on Sunday mornings or Wednesday evenings.
We’d love for you to join us for worship on Sundays! We have one service at 9:30am. As you enter the building, you will be greeted by members of the community. You can come early to explore our grounds, to meet others, and get some of your questions answered at our Connection Corner or you can sneak in right before the service starts…either way you are welcome! Our worship service runs about 65-70 minutes and features chorale music with organ, and also worship choruses led on guitar. Worship at Colonial is engaging and focuses on building relationship with God and one another.
Daniel Harrell is our Senior Minister, and you will usually find him sharing a thoughtful message at the intersection of scripture and our lives. The rest of our preaching team will also share regularly as a way of expressing our commitment to being a community of diverse voices and perspectives on what it means to follow Christ. Sermons usually last for 20-25 minutes.
There is Sunday morning programing for kids. Please click here to find a schedule of events for babies through 6th grade.
Don’t forget that after the service we have an extended coffee and bagel hour when you can begin to meet and know others. You can sign up for upcoming opportunities and learn more about ways you can get connected at Colonial.
September-May, we host our weekly “Deep Dive” from 10:55-11:30 in the meetinghouse where we can explore more from the sermon text for the morning. It’s a fun way to learn more about the scripture and build community with others.
Lastly, on the last Sunday of every month, we also host a breakfast for anyone who is new to Colonial and wants to learn more about the community. Click here for the dates and information for our Welcome Beloved Brunches!
We can’t wait to welcome you as one of God’s beloved and we hope you will join us for worship soon!

We have parking lots on both the north and east side of the building. You are welcome to park anywhere you’d like! There are handicap accessible spots on the north side of the building.
Each week during the school year, we gather together to grow as a community in our faith and in our relationship with each other. This year we have rebranded our Wednesday activities to be called Meetinghouse: Make Space for What Matters Most. Please click here for a description of what happens for each age group on Wednesday nights.
