The Enneagram, a personality-typing system of ancient origins, and yoga (breath connected with bodily movement) go together hand in hand as tools for observation and self-study. This intensive workshop will teach you the basics of stances, triads, and knowing your Enneagram number while interspersing gentle movement that inspires a more keen awareness of self. At 5:30pm there will be an optional, more intensive yoga class for those who are interested.
