What happens when theology meets the neighborhood?
Good Neighbor Reading Groups seek to offer an opportunity for deeper theological reflection on both traditional questions in the Christian faith as well as ongoing social issues.
We meet twice a month on Monday evenings to discuss a portion of a key text together. We’re starting with Resurrecting Wounds: Living in the Afterlife of Trauma by Shelly Rambo, a theological reflection on the wounds of the resurrected Jesus and what Jesus’ ongoing woundedness has to say to the everyday wounds that individuals and communities carry with them.
