Anger

Mondays October 22 - November 19, 6:30 - 8:00 pm, Gathering Room IV

Do you sometimes feel that your emotional reactions "get the best of you" or you easily over-react? If so, join Mark Patrick, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, for this 5-week educational and training experience designed to help participants: (1) understand the causes and dynamics of anger; (2) identify the core hurts that lie beneath the anger you experience; (3) regulate your anger and apply compassion for yourself and others. Nearly 400 men, women, and teen participants have learned a new way of changing old patterns of responding to stress and hurts. Cost: $130.

Grief

The Edina Coalition for Grief Support offers support and education for anyone grieving the death of a loved one. Meetings take place on Thursdays, 4:30 - 6:00 PM. The Coalition welcomes people of all faiths and is supported by Edina area churches. No pre-registration is required.
