FaithTrek Sunday encourages elementary kids to explore their faith in Jesus Christ by interacting with monthly Biblical themes built around virtues. Kids grow in wisdom, faith, and friendship by living out three basic truths: I need to make the wise choice; I can trust God no matter what and I should treat others the way I want to be treated. In addition, kids are given a chance to practice faith skills that can be used in everyday life.
At the 9:00 am worship service: Check in your elementary aged kids at the Children’s Ministry Booth up to ten minutes before the service begins.
At the 10:45 am service: Elementary kids check in before the service begins, then join their family in the service. They will be dismissed before the sermon and met by Children’s Ministry staff at the back of the Meetinghouse.
Wednesday Evenings, 6:30 pm–8:00 pm Gathering Rooms II & III
FaithTrek Midweek allows kids to encounter God through worship, scripture, and play. Every week kids hear a part of God’s Big Story and about His rescue plan for the world through Jesus, from Genesis to Revelation. Time is given for kids to respond to God through various worship response stations while they are challenges to consider their part in God’s Story. The evening finishes with kids making Biblical truth relevant to their own life stories through discussion in small groups.
