“The By-Laws Task Force has been meeting since early in 2008. We welcome any suggestions or comments from Church Members as we go about our work. We will meet through the winter and spring, and will also be seeking comments from the congregation during open meetings that will be scheduled in the future, once we have drafted new By-Law language for discussion.
Included in the PDF files listed below is draft amendment language that we have worked on so far (Article VII, Church Meetings, and Article VIII, Sections 1-6)). This file will change and be updated as we complete additional draft language in Articles VIII, Section 7, Standing Committees; Article IX (Deacons and Committees) and Article X (Officers and Staff).
